These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Danielle Fulton hair’s booking services and any communications you receive from us, including SMS messages. By booking an appointment or contacting the salon, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Danielle Fulton hairis an independent hair studio at Cosmo Salon Studios in West Bloomfield, Michigan. We provide bespoke blonding, hand-tied extensions, glaze & tone, cut & style, and complimentary consultations. Full service descriptions, pricing, and durations are listed on the booking page; prices and durations are confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking and confirmation

You can book online at our website, by texting our number, or by calling us. Once a time is reserved, you will receive a text confirmation. Your appointment is held for you on a first-come, first-served basis. We are a single-chair studio; please treat the booked time as a held reservation.

Cancellation and no-show

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as far in advance as you can — a text to our salon number is fine. We don’t charge a late cancellation fee, but repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability. If you’re going to be more than fifteen minutes late, please text us so we can adjust the service to fit the remaining time.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your phone number to Danielle Fulton hair, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to questions you text us.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to book appointments by phone, email, or in person. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

Pricing and payment

Prices listed on the booking page reflect our base rates. Final pricing for color and extensions is confirmed during the consultation, as it depends on hair length, density, and the time required. Payment is collected in person at the appointment; we accept major cards and cash.

Personal belongings and disclaimers

Please keep personal items with you during your visit. The salon is not responsible for items left behind. If you have a known sensitivity to hair products, let us know during your consultation so we can choose appropriate formulas. Color and chemical services carry inherent risk of variation in result; we will discuss any limitations with you before proceeding.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from services provided by Danielle Fulton hair will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
